Operator systems for brands and restaurants

Operators, not dashboards.

We build and run connected systems that watch your ad spend, stock, invoices, payroll and orders, propose the fix with the whole business in view, and act only when you approve it in Slack.

How every system works

It watches, it proposes, you approve.

Dashboards tell you what went wrong. Our systems tell you what to change, check their own reasoning, and wait for your yes before they touch anything.

# approvalsExample
  • Operator 8:02 AM

Overnight check done. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Shopify and GA4 are up to date. 3 things need attention.

  • Operator 8:02 AM

Proposal 1 of 3: pause the Meta ad set “Spring broad”. It spent $412 in the last 7 days with no purchases. Expected saving: about $59 a day.

Checked against Shopify orders · Assisted sales in GA4 · Stock on hand · Email calendar

  • AI reviewer 8:03 AM

Agree. Spend and purchase data are under 2 hours old, and the change is within your hourly limit.

  • You 9:14 AM

    Approved.

  • Operator 9:14 AM

Done. The ad set is paused and the change is logged. I’ll report the effect next Tuesday.

An approval request as it arrives in Slack. The figures are made up.

Built-in guardrails

Automation that can spend your money needs brakes. Every system ships with all six.

  • Dry run first

Every system starts by proposing, not doing, so you can judge its calls.

  • Rate caps

A hard limit on how many changes can run in an hour.

  • Circuit breakers

Systems stop themselves when data is stale or results look wrong.

  • A full log

Every proposal, approval and outcome is recorded and reviewable.

  • Access you control

Connections use your own accounts, and you can revoke them at any time.

  • Alerts where you work

Watchdogs report to Slack, so problems reach you before they cost you.

Connected context

Every decision sees the whole business.

Our systems share one live picture of your ads, stock, orders, invoices, staff and books. A proposal isn’t based on one channel’s numbers. It is checked against everything it affects.

A one-channel tool says

Return on ad spend is 4.2. Raise the budget by 30%.

With the whole picture

Hold. There are 9 days of stock left across your store and Amazon, and the next shipment lands in 21 days. More spend would sell it out and leave ads pointing at an empty page.

Systems

Pick the problem. We run the system.

Each system solves one problem that someone usually pays an agency, a bookkeeper or a spreadsheet to handle. We set it up, run it and report on it.

Working together

Start small. Keep what earns its place.

  1. Start with a free audit

A free store audit, or a 3PL invoice audit you pay for only if we recover money. Neither needs access to your ad accounts.

  2. Run a pilot

We connect one system in dry-run mode, so you see its proposals before it changes anything.

  3. Operate

Monthly, with approvals in Slack and a report on what changed and what it earned.

Free, no obligation

Questions

Before you ask

How is this different from a dashboard or an automation tool?

Dashboards report one channel, and automation tools follow fixed rules inside one app. Our systems share one connected picture of your whole business: ads, stock, orders, invoices, staff and books. Every proposal is checked against everything it affects before it reaches you, and each new system you add sees what the others already see.

Do you need access to our accounts?

Not for a store audit, which uses only what a visitor can see. Systems that manage spend or books need access to those platforms, through your own accounts, and you can revoke it at any time.

Will it change things without asking?

No. Every system proposes first and acts only after you approve, within limits you set. New systems start in dry-run mode.

Is this software or a service?

A service. We set up and run the system for you, so there is nothing to install or learn. A few smaller tools are opening as standalone products in early access.

What does it cost?

The Store Audit is free. Every other system lists its pricing model on its page, either a monthly fee or a share of results. Send an enquiry and we will quote for your size.

Which platforms do you work with?

Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Klaviyo, Square, Toast, QuickBooks, Connecteam, Basecamp and Slack, among others. Each system page lists what it connects to.
